The Reality Patrol is somewhat decentralized (it's run by a council of Senior Directors who are never all in the same universe), but Denebola Base is one of the major Reality Patrol bases and the primary hub for many of its intelligence divisions. It's a man-made structure the size of a small moon, which floats in deep space in a fixed location where an interdimensional anomaly causes multiple universes to intersect.
