The person with the red hair and glasses sitting next to Deputy Regional Director Perkins is Crowstairs, Regional Director Garza's Administrative Aide. Crowstairs is the one who keeps everything running properly, here in the Reality Patrol's Tal Sharnis Bureau.

This page is actually the second appearance of Crowstairs; you can glimpse them in the background, off to Agent Sojac's right, in the opening panel of Chapter 1.2.

The floating blue robot head near Crowstairs is one of a fleet of identical drones that function as mobile voice-controlled terminals of the Reality Patrol compound's computer network.
