At last, the infamous Smiley makes his appearance.

Starting with Smiley, let's go clockwise around the table and do some introductions. The bearded guy is Khez Kortho, currently the biggest crime boss on the East Side of Tal Sharnis. Khez is the owner of this club, and also of the building we just saw Charles and Arok invading.

We met Madame Anglerfish back in Chapter 3, in her own club, looking somewhat more casual. She dressed up a bit for this occasion, and put on the decorative gold-plated kraken eyepiece that fits over her cybernetic eye.

We also met Granek Zeth in Chapter 3. He said he'd be at this meeting... and sure enough, here he is.

And finally, we have Nalek Kortho, Khez Kortho's cousin and most formidable rival.

The Kortho cousins, Madame Anglerfish, and Granek Zeth are four of the five big crime bosses on the East Side of Tal Sharnis. The fifth one, Hoban, implied that he wouldn't be joining this meeting... and sure enough, here he isn't.
