The idea that Loki was Odin's adopted son isn't actually found anywhere in Norse mythology. It's only the Marvel Comics version of Loki who's got that particular familial connection with Odin, and Weird Luck is definitely not part of the Marvel Universe.
In the original mythology, Loki was a crony and occasional questionably-reliable ally of both Odin and Thor, but apparently not a family member (adoptive or otherwise) and not even remotely inclined to view Odin as a father-figure.
Also, in traditional Norse mythology, Loki is the inventor of the fishing net––an accomplishment referenced in today's page.
