Among the various wonderfully strange tales in Spoon Knife 8 is Nicky's short story "Fox Boy and the Picasso Kid," which takes place in a version of present-day San Francisco but is obliquely connected to Weird Luck in ways that may become clearer as more of the Weird Luck saga unfolds.
